Responsibility

The Social Jogger strives to achieve the best sustainable practises when it comes to running a brand. We don't identify as a sustainable brand, because as a fashion brand we are constantly creating new products and this is a major contradiction to the concept of sustainability. We are continuing to grow and learn along the way and will always look to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of sustainability. Some of our current efforts are listed below.

Recycled Polyester:

Recycled Polyester is used in the production of our activewear. This material has been created using an eco-friendly green fibre to assist in reducing the excess waste issues that we are facing in the world today. The Polyester fibre is made from the recycling of discarded plastic bottles that were destined for landfill and potentially our waterways/oceans.

Compostable Mailers:

We use biodegradable and compostable satchels from Hero Packaging an Australian owned business.

Tissue Paper & Sticker Packaging:

We use noissue 100% compostable tissue paper and stickers. After use, noissue Tissue breaks down fully in a home compost within 180 days, giving back nutrients to the earth. FSC-certified and made from recycled materials. We use paper stickers that are made with FSC-certified materials and soy-based inks. These stickers are 100% recyclable and compostable

Shipping

Australian Shipping

All orders placed are shipped with Australia Post. 

Online orders are processed Monday - Friday within 48hrs of being placed. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping for Indonesia, New Zealand, Italy, Denmark, United States, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.

Payment for all customs clearance and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. The Social Jogger takes no responsibility for any additional charges included for shipping orders internationally.

Returns

Returns Policy

Full priced items can be returned for a exchange or credit note excluding any shipping costs associated with the original order.

Discounted promotional purchases are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

Customers have 10 days from the date of purchase to return their online order.

For your return to be accepted, all items must be:

Unworn, unaltered and in original condition. Have all tags still attached, with all accessories and packaging included in the parcel

We are unable to accept returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Faulty

If you received an item you believe to be faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at thesocialjogger@gmail.com with clear images along with your order number and we will contact you with next steps.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for any unworn and unaltered items exchanged within 10 days of the original purchase date.

If you would prefer to exchange your item, you can request this when making your return. If the size, style or colour is not available at the time of fulfilment, we will process a store credit in accordance with our return policy.

Return Shipping

Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

The Social Jogger cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the return parcel. Please include your name, address, order number and return number in the parcel to prevent delays in the processing or your return.
